There are no fixed or upfront costs. You only pay when a matching candidate views your job. You set your max budget and you can pause, deactivate, or reactivate your job at any time.

Our technology ensures you are not overcharged for views. Duplicate views, viewing your own job, viewers from other countries, etc. are not counted as views.

A Matching View is a view of your ad by a candidate that matches the targeting criteria you selected for your ad. Views of your ad by candidates that don't match the targeting criteria you selected are not considered Matching Views and you are not charged for those views.

You can target your ad by job function, speciality, and location. Our technology automatically detects and targets using content, behavior, skills, and interests.

Sign into your account and use My Ads. Click on the Edit link next to the ad you want to change. You can increase or decrease your budget at any time.

In the first step of creating your ad, you select what types of candidates you want to reach. Based on your choices and other criteria we automatically detect, our technology automatically matches your job with the sites and candidates that match best.

At your option, your job will also be sent to major search sites, including Google, Indeed, Oodle, Vast, Juju, and OLX.

You can have as many billing profiles as you want. However, only one billing profile may be active at one time. The other billing profiles will be used in the event the first billing profile does not accept charges.

Yes, we can accept your feed in most formats (XML, CSV, others). If you don't have a feed but want to set one up, we can provide you with our XML format. Please Contact Us for assistance getting your feed set up.
